Would you throw away a classic Chanel bag? Your collection of Beatles albums? Your favorite fringe jacket that still looks cool? That’s how we feel about our work for Metropolitan Miami.

This amazing project led the charge for urban development in Miami back at the beginning of the real estate boom. Sapp and I still remember looking at each other after our pitch presentation for the 6-acre, four-building mixed use property on the Downtown waterfront. We had just named the project and before we got back on I95, a trip of about five minutes from the developer’s office, we had the concept and messaging set.

Great work happens this way. It just flows. And simple is forever. Like all things classic, it endures.
It’s been a damn great decade. And our baby has grown up nicely. Metropolitan Miami recently welcomed Whole Foods to the family. Met Square retail and entertainment center will open in 2017.
