Boutique is the new black in local real estate. After a decade or more of recreating Miami neighborhoods and marketing massive towers, this little gem in Coral Gables came our way, courtesy of long-time friends. We so enjoyed this opportunity and are always grateful.
In the spirit of working with and for friends, joining the Gables Waterway team was not just delightful but super creative. Of course, the architect’s creation of some of the hands-down prettiest floorplans and architecture we have seen in a long time didn’t hurt. 🙂
My girls rose to the task, and Arlyn outdid herself with design. Vanessa, our resident Adobe Illustrator genius, created stand-alone floorplans unlike any in the marketplace that told the entire Gables Waterway story without needing to look at a brochure. But that brochure . . . wow.
The collateral on this project was elegant, tactile and visually stunning. Bravo to our friends!
